Locally known as ‘Kashir Werr’ in Kashmir, this Masala Tikki or mix is an authentic Kashmiri Recipe. The wholesome Masalas (spices) such as red chilli, shallot paste, fresh garlic paste, seven spices, salt & edible oil are ground individually, and then are mixed together in appropriate proportions to make it a proper proportion of complementing flavor. It has no artificial colors and it’s shelf life is 12 months. Store in cool & dry place.This product is a perfect blend of spices for preparation of any Veg/Non-Veg Dishes
